Our property at 840 Northgate Road, is uniquely situated at the geographic center of the 80921 zip code. This part of Colorado Springs is growing rapidly. El Paso county, as a whole, grows about 3% every year. For the past several years, 80921 has grown at a slightly higher rate than the county, expanding annually by approximately 600 dwelling units. And that's not all. The growth is accelerating. While some cry "sprawl," we cry "Holy is the Lord" to give us the opportunity, the obligation, to impact the lives of the 5,000+ souls planting themselves on our doorstep every year.
They need Jesus! If they know Jesus, they need
